Schmütz Return and Refund Policy

Return Window:
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at esa@myschmutz.com. If your item was fulfilled by our print-on-demand provider, we will coordinate with them to provide the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
We can’t accept returns on sale or clearance items, gift cards, personal care products, perishable goods, or custom items (such as personalized products). If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund and we are unable, as a schmützyy little business, to convince them otherwise.

If 15 business days pass after we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at esa@myschmutz.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
